Monday = Memorial Day – No school

Tuesday = Monday schedule – We will be signing yearbooks with the entire 3rd grade – Parent Share Day in the morning

Wednesday = Fly Up Day (All 3rd graders will get to meet all the 4th grade teachers and listen to a presentation in the multi-purpose room focusing on the many things they will be learning next year.) –  End of the Year Party begins at 2:30

Thursday = 1 hour of school – Students will receive their report cards and say good bye to their teachers and classmates

5/24-5/28

Wednesday = Field Day – All students should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.  We will be participating in a mile walk before lunch.  Lunch will be served outside before Field Day begins.

Friday = 1/2 day – PM schedule (no specials)

Wednesday = Henry Horner field trip ~ Leave school at 9:00, eat lunch there, and return around 2:30.  Students do not bring their own lunch. 6:30-7:30 Portfolio Night

Thursday = Special lunch – Buffalo Wings and Rings

Friday = All library books due to today

Wednesday = Fieldtrip to the Cernan Space Center.  We will leave school at 9:45 and return at 1:00.  All children should bring a sack lunch since we won’t be back in time for the school lunch.

Please refer to the yellow note sent home regarding info on getting a goods nights sleep, eating a balanced, healthy breakfast, and sending your child in with a snack.  It is very important that your child arrives to school on time.

Thursday = Bring in a coin to donate to charity

Friday = Parade starts at 2:00 and classroom party begin at 2:30 (Students are to bring their costumes to school, but please make sure all makeup is applied at home.)
