To retake a quiz you must:

1. Have your original quiz signed by your parents.

2. On a separate sheet of paper, have all the mathematical corrections done.

3. On a separate sheet of paper, write a sentence for each mistake that was made.

You will not be able to retake a quiz unless all three are done.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES:

Please make sure you have the following school supplies for math. 

~A book cover

~A 1.5 inch hard-cover binder

~Loose-leaf paper (preferably reinforced) or one 3- or 5-subject notebook

~Graph paper (preferably 3-hole punched and reinforced)

~Sheet protectors (if desired)

~A ruler

~A TI-84 graphing calculator

~A package of mechanical pencils

(NOTE: If you choose not to use mechanical pencils, you should also purchase an individual pencil sharpener with a container that catches the pencil shavings.  Students will only be allowed to use the pencil sharpener hanging in the classroom before or after class so as to not disrupt the lesson).
