Special Events

Our Early Childhood team is committed to partnering with families in the community to support the development of the whole child. We offer several different opportunities for families to get involved with our school and your child’s education by hosting a variety of fun activities throughout the school year.

Family Events
Our fun, family-centered events are provided during the school year. These events are designed to strengthen connections within your family and provide opportunities to build relationships with others across the community. The goal is for all families to feel valued, connected, and included in Early Childhood.

Family events are provided during the school year both inside and outside of the school building. These events will include field trips, make-and-takes, and family activities. We welcome all family members to attend these events.

Parent Roundtables
EC roundtables are adult-only events provided during the school year. Conversations will be focused on topics related to early childhood development. These roundtables are designed to facilitate collaborative discussions within the EC community. The goal is to work together in order to build our collective knowledge in supporting the children in our community.

Childcare will be provided for Meridian Early Childhood students to support parent attendance at our Roundtables. Classrooms will be designated for student activities facilitated by members of our early childhood team.
