Deep breathing exercises are a great way to reduce feelings of stress and worry. Watch the Kids Meditation video to practice deep breathing using just your hand. Other great tools to use to practice include blowing bubbles or using a feather, pinwheel, or Hoberman sphere as you breathe in and out.
Another method is tracing a shape with your finger and breathing in and out. You can use a square, as shown, or a triangle or even a star.
